For those coming to view the forest and rainfall, there is a wheelchair and pram accessible boardwalk that is 500 metres long with viewing platforms that give access to stunning views. Walking trails have been created from two main entry points: The first is Lindsay Road via Harrys Lane, and the second is via Quorn Close, which runs off Lindsay Road at the top of Buderim. The Quorn Close entry point has a memorial garden as well as picnic tables and BBQ facilities.
Forest Glen is located only 2.5kms from the most famous attraction on the Sunshine Coast; the Big Pineapple. There are many things to see and do at the Big Pineapple, with recent renovations adding even more attractions, including a boutique zoo that houses native and exotic animals. Hop on the Pineapple Train, which departs every half hour, and enjoys the trip around the Big Pineapple, exploring the rainforest, orchids, and bamboo forest and passing by the onsite zoo. Get off at Koala Station if you want to visit the zoo.
