The park is particularly popular for those who love going on morning walks. With so much space and greenery around you, you’ll start your day on the right foot here. It’s also scenic for sunset strolls and a jog.

The area around Caloundra Conservation Park is filled with great things to do in the outdoors. After visiting the park, head over to the Beerwah State Forest, popular for its fantastic camping, canoeing, fishing, and picnicking. Beerwah State Forest was once an aboriginal meeting site, and today it offers a tranquil respite in nature. The grounds are easily accessible and well-maintained. One can even see an ancient Bora Ring, once used for aboriginal ceremonies, dancing, and gatherings. Several magnificent native trees can be found here, including Banksia, Bottlebrush, and Black Wattle.

The Glass House Mountains is the most famous attraction in the area, definitely worth exploring if you’re already nearby. It’s home to a scenic natural playground for the young and old, home to several walking trails, abseiling spots, and horse trails.

It’s also where you will find the famous Australia Zoo, established by none other than legendary Croc Hunter, Steve Irwin.

There are many things to explore while here, such a gourmet food, boutique accommodations, and breathtaking views.
