Yandina Street Fair, 2025 Dates, Times, Entertainment, Bands, Stalls, Qld
The event was formed to help promote small local business owners, so it’s a fun way to sample some local produce and meet people. It occurs around several key streets in towns like Stevens Street, Low Street, and Railway Street. Wear comfortable walking shoes to make the most of your day.
The Yandina Street Fair has lots in store for all families visiting what is considered a true gem in the hinterland. On September 2020, Yandina celebrated its 150th birthday and marked it with a special occasion: sealing a time capsule in the centre of town. In addition, the Gubbi Gubbi Aboriginal people have lived here for more than 40,000 years, while European settlement began in the 1850s. It was the first town to be surveyed and developed in the Maroochy district. To the delight of visitors, many original heritage buildings on Stevens Street have been well-preserved.
While visiting, spend time discovering the many tourist sights in town. Don’t miss out on the Ginger Factory, just a little off the main street. It’s the best place to learn how ginger is produced and used from paddock to plate. Other great places the kids will love include Nutworks and the Chocolate Factory, Wappa Falls Astronomical Observatory, and the Yandina Historic House.
The Yandina Street Fair is an exciting event that all will love.
