Families looking for wholesome places to visit and take the kids will find several excellent places to take them in and around the area. This charming town is best known for being close to the Australia Zoo established by Steve Irwin, the famous Crocodile Hunter. The Landsborough Museum is another great tourist destination where visitors can learn all about the town’s rich history.
