Mooloolaba Spit Beach is a swimming area located in the southern end of Mooloolaba Beach.
The spit area is generally safe to swim when patrolled, though be sure to only swim in the areas between the flags.

The Mooloolah River National Park can be explored on foot and cycling on the designated pathway or canoe up the river. There are several short and easy walks suitable for visitors of all fitness levels. It’s picturesque too, so do bring along a camera.
