Laguna Lookout, Beach & Coastline Views, Noosa National Park, QLD
To get to Laguna Lookout, take a short path on foot which leads you to a road among giant grey gum, ironbark, pink bloodwork, and tallowwood trees. On your way to the lookout, you might even get to see adorable koalas on the tree trunks, lace monitors, and kookaburras. The sealed roads are ideal for most cars, but walking is encouraged due to the limited parking. During peak periods, bus services may also be available.
The viewpoint has been constructed made of two concrete circles, which are protected by fences. The smooth pavement makes it pram and wheelchair friendly too. However, keep in mind that there are no other amenities on-site such as toilets, tables, or chairs, so come prepared. Despite that, the lookout is perfect for picnics – especially in the grassy, hilly area. Bring along a picnic blanket and a drink for a memorable time here.
The Laguna Lookout is one of Noosa’s most popular tourist destinations, and for a good reason. Be sure to include it in your itinerary.
